El fondo es el primero en replicar el \u00cdndice de Letras Financeiras de Anbima (ILFA), el cual fue desarrollado por la propia asociaci\u00f3n a pedido de Nu Asset para el debut de un ETF de la gestora en el mercado local de cr\u00e9dito privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El NLFA11 fue dise\u00f1ado para ser una soluci\u00f3n de renta fija alineada con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas del mercado, buscando atender una demanda relevante y creciente por estrategias de cr\u00e9dito privado de alta calidad, bajo riesgo y liquidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl diferencial del NLFA11 radica justamente en seguir un \u00edndice creado para ser referencia en la fijaci\u00f3n de precios de activos de cr\u00e9dito privado de instituciones financieras en Brasil. Unimos la seguridad del cr\u00e9dito de instituciones financieras, la liquidez de un ETF, la eficiencia tributaria y tambi\u00e9n la robustez de un \u00edndice desarrollado por la propia ANBIMA\u201d, afirma Andr\u00e9s Kikuchi, director de inversiones de Nu Asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ETF estar\u00e1 disponible para negociaci\u00f3n a partir del 17 de diciembre e integrar\u00e1 el portafolio de ETFs de Nu Asset, que abarca opciones de renta fija, cr\u00e9dito, renta variable y criptomonedas. El NLFA11 se negociar\u00e1 en bolsa con liquidaci\u00f3n en D+1 (un d\u00eda h\u00e1bil) y tendr\u00e1 una tasa global del 0,25% anual, replicando el ILFA desarrollado por ANBIMA, el cual provee las curvas y tasas indicativas que sirven de est\u00e1ndar para la valoraci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de los principales \u00edndices de renta fija y de cr\u00e9dito del mercado, siendo la principal referencia del mercado brasile\u00f1o en \u00edndices de renta fija y valoraci\u00f3n de activos. La tributaci\u00f3n sobre la ganancia de capital en la venta de las cuotas ser\u00e1 del 15% y sin la incidencia del IOF (Impuesto sobre Operaciones Financieras).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu Asset cuenta con R$ 6.400 millones bajo gesti\u00f3n, 26 fondos de inversi\u00f3n y 1,4 millones de socios. La gestora utiliza ciencia de datos y tecnolog\u00eda para crear soluciones de inversi\u00f3n innovadoras y transparentes. Entre sus principales hitos destacan el lanzamiento del primer ETF en distribuir dividendos en la B3 en 2023 (NDIV11), los primeros \u00absmart betas\u00bb del \u00edndice Bovespa \u2013que incluyen tambi\u00e9n Low Volatility (LVOL11) y High Beta (HIGH11)\u2013; adem\u00e1s de los primeros ETFs de cr\u00e9dito privado global con cobertura (hedge) para el Real \u2014Nu Iboxx Investment Grade Hedge Carry BRL (HGBR11) y Nu Iboxx High Yield Hedge Carry BRL (HYBR11)\u2014 y el primer ETF de Bitcoin de contratos a futuro de la B3 \u2014Nu Nasdaq Brazil Bitcoin Carry Futuros
