Disponibilizada gradualmente para toda a base no pa\u00eds nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o permite aos usu\u00e1rios checar na tela inicial do app se est\u00e3o de fato em uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo Nubank quando receberem um contato telef\u00f4nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;No Nubank, a seguran\u00e7a de nossos clientes \u00e9 prioridade m\u00e1xima, e estamos sempre buscando maneiras inovadoras de aprimorar nossas medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, as chamadas s\u00e3o identificadas no app apenas a partir do momento em que o cliente atende a liga\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelo Nubank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mais uma camada de prote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Chamada Verificada se apresenta como mais uma camada de seguran\u00e7a no app, junto a outros produtos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es, como o <a href=\"https:\/\/international.nubank.com.br\/pt-br\/consumidores\/recurso-de-seguranca-do-nubank-modo-rua-ultrapassa-15-milhao-de-usuarios-e-e-mais-popular-entre-adultos-de-25-a-44-anos\/\">Modo Rua<\/a> e o <a href=\"https:\/\/nubank.com.br\/seguranca\/\">Hub de Seguran\u00e7a<\/a>. Outro an\u00fancio recente feito pelo Nubank \u00e9 o <a href=\"https:\/\/international.nubank.com.br\/pt-br\/consumidores\/alo-protegido-nubank-lanca-recurso-de-bloqueio-de-ligacoes-falsas\/\">Al\u00f4 Protegido<\/a>: o recurso, lan\u00e7ado inicialmente para usu\u00e1rios Android que habilitarem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o no aplicativo, ajuda a combater golpes que podem acontecer por chamadas telef\u00f4nicas, bloqueando liga\u00e7\u00f5es suspeitas de falsas centrais de atendimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o integra a ampla campanha de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o contra o chamado &#8220;Golpe da Falsa Central&#8221;.
