De forma gradual, ao longo das pr\u00f3ximas semanas, a empresa colocar\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus mais de 57 milh\u00f5es de clientes no Brasil uma ampla gama de fundos imobili\u00e1rios (FIIs), CDBs pr\u00e9-fixados (Certificados de Dep\u00f3sitos Banc\u00e1rios) e o fundo de renda fixa Nu Reserva Imediata, para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es diretamente no app do Nubank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl\u00e9m da experi\u00eancia livre de complexidade e intuitiva do Nubank, o princ\u00edpio de diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 importante em nossa miss\u00e3o de ajudar os clientes interessados em dar os primeiros passos em investimentos e tornarem isso um h\u00e1bito em suas vidas. H\u00e1 uma ampla gama de alternativas a pre\u00e7os acess\u00edveis em v\u00e1rios tipos de empreendimentos, como shoppings, pr\u00e9dios comerciais, galp\u00f5es log\u00edsticos ou ativos relacionados, como CRIs (Certificados de Receb\u00edveis Imobili\u00e1rios) e LCIs (Letra de Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CDBs pr\u00e9-fixados<\/strong><br>Em breve dispon\u00edveis para a base de clientes no app do Nubank, os CDBs pr\u00e9-fixados s\u00e3o op\u00e7\u00f5es de renda fixa para perfis que buscam aliar risco mais baixo e previsibilidade \u2013 ou seja, conseguem ter a vis\u00e3o exata do rendimento sobre a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o no fim do per\u00edodo de matura\u00e7\u00e3o (vencimento do CDB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nu Reserva Imediata<\/strong><br>O Nu Reserva Imediata \u00e9 o primeiro da fam\u00edlia Nu Reserva, especialmente criado para os interessados em construir uma reserva de emerg\u00eancia.
