Our structured and intentional hybrid work model balances collaborative, deep teamwork with focused individual time
Our hybrid model brings us to the offices twice a week on strategic days, designed to maximize team interactions. Specific teams follow a rotation, visiting the office for one week per cycle, which can vary between one and three months.

We are continuously growing globally, with over 8,000 Nubankers from more than 50 nationalities. We are present in 8 countries: Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, where we also have operations, and Germany, Argentina, Canada, the United States, and Uruguay, where we have our technology centers.
