    About the role and team:

    We are the team responsible for building the brand in Mexico, for both potential customers so that they choose us as their financial ally, and for current customers to increase product engagement and cross-selling opportunities. Through the correct execution of our brand plan, we drive key Brand Health Tracker (BHT) metrics uplift, plus trigger releases through a full-funnel always-on (AON) strategy. The marketing team in Mexico is formed by a diverse team of professionals and it is divided in 3 main areas:

    • Early lifecycle: Responsible for building the brand across all funnel stages (upper, mid and lower funnel)
    • Product marketing: Responsible for launching new products and keep our customers engaged with our suite of products. 
    • Brand Excellence: Responsible for creative execution, brand guiledines ownership and all our social media channels.

    We all work really closely with the Customer Insights and the Creative Mkt teams, with which we partner in almost every initiative.

     

    Responsibilities
    • Support the timely execution of the marketing initiatives of the year.
    • Own the marketing budget control and follow up.
    • Help with planning cycles and quarterly business review processes and presentations for marketing.
    • Support across multiple marketing initiatives.
    • Own or co-lead projects and give end to end follow up to ensure launching on time and form with cross functional teams such as media and creative team.
    • Have proactivity and problem solving.
    • Collaborate with different areas and stakeholders to build and launch strong brand campaigns and/or different products and features.
    • Make post launch analysis to assess the impact of our initiatives.
    Skills you´ll need to succeed:
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy and/or marketing.
    • Experience in Budget supervision. Google sheets basic usage is needed.
    • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
    • English and Spanish professional proficiency.
    • Strong analytical and creative thinking.
    • Initiative, self-motivation, the ability to work independently.
    • Organization and an orientation to detail.
    • Proven success running integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time.

    The Nu Way of Working is our hybrid work model that was created so people could collaborate more in person and still keep the flexibility of remote work. Starting in July 2026 we will attend the office 2 days a week while the other 3 days is fully remote. in this case in our Mexico City Office located near Polanco.
