Nubank and Uber announce a partnership with 50% discounts and free rides in customized cars for Roxinho customers

São Paulo, September 16, 2025 – Nubank and Uber are teaming up to offer trip discounts for all Nubank customers in Brazil, starting today (16). The partnership also includes a special promotion with customized cars in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, which will provide free rides to Nubank customers, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to simplifying their customers’ daily lives by uniting innovation in the financial and urban mobility sectors.

Trips paid with a Nubank card (credit or debit) or NuPay will get a 50% discount, limited to R$15. To use it, simply enter the code NUBER50 in the Uber app before requesting a ride and pay with Nubank. The offer is valid from September 16 to October 16, limited to one use per customer and with limited availability.

The partnership also includes a special promotion with 120 customized cars in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, created by Wieden+Kennedy SP. Nubank customers who order an UberX and randomly get into one of these vehicles will get their ride 100% free, with a refund in Uber app credits within 1 business day (up to a maximum value of R$100). This promotion also starts on September 16 and will last for one week.

How to activate the discount

Enter the promotional code NUBER50 in the Uber app before paying for your trip, following the steps below:

Option 1 – Manual

• Open the Uber app.
• Go to “Account” (bottom right corner).
• Tap on “Wallet.”
• Scroll to the bottom and select “Add Promo Code.”
• Enter the code NUBER50 and tap “Add.”

Option 2 – Link 

• By clicking this promotion link you will be taken directly to the pre-filled promo code screen.
• Just tap “Add.”

Once the NUBER50 code is added, your next Uber trip paid with a Nubank card or NuPay will have the discount automatically applied.
