Nubank opens applications for the 4th edition of its Internship Program with over 140 positions in technology and corporate roles

São Paulo, July 28, 2025 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, announces the opening of applications for the 4th edition of its Internship Program, with over 140 available positions for students from various fields.

The program offers opportunities in both technology teams and corporate functions. Applications are open until August 19, 2025, and are exclusively for residents of the state of São Paulo.

Lasting one year, the internship aims to provide a complete and immersive experience in the chosen areas. The work model is the Nu Way of Working, Nubank’s hybrid format, which alternates cycles of remote work (from two to three months) with one week in-person at the São Paulo office. This means for every eight to twelve weeks of remote work, at least one will be spent at the office. Throughout the internship, participants will work 30 hours per week (six hours per day).

Areas of Interest

Candidates can select up to two areas of interest, combining technology and corporate fields if they wish. They can choose two technology areas, two corporate areas, or one of each. The available options for the internship program include:

Technology:

• Business Analysis: For those who want to understand and transform data into strategic insights for the company.
• Data Science: For those interested in working with large volumes of data, applying intelligence and predictive analytics.
• Software Engineering: For those passionate about technology, focused on developing scalable systems and solutions.
• Design: For those with creativity and an interest in building innovative user experiences and interfaces.
  

Corporate Functions:

• Finance: For those who want to delve into financial analysis and strategic resource management.
• Legal: For those interested in legal, regulatory, and corporate governance issues within the financial environment.
• Audit: Focused on ensuring the compliance of internal operations and processes, with a critical view toward continuous improvement.
• People & Culture: For those interested in human resources, with a focus on people management, organizational culture, and talent development.
• Risk & Compliance Management: For those interested in working with risk management and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Development and Support Track

Throughout the entire internship, selected candidates will have access to a development and support track aimed at enhancing their technical and behavioral skills, in addition to ensuring a complete integration into the work environment. The track includes:

• Technical and behavioral development through live training, personalized tracks, and content focused on key skills.
• Continuous monitoring of your progress, with support for your career growth and clear goals throughout the program.
• Structured feedback every quarter to support your development with clarity and consistency.
• Opportunities to connect with the Nubank intern community, strengthening connections, learning, and shared experiences.

Selection Process: 

The selection process will be 100% online, divided into four eliminatory stages. Each is adapted according to the area of interest chosen during registration, so tests, exercises, and interviews may vary.

1. Applications: The application period is open until August 19, 2025;
2. Online Tests: Starting August 21, 2025, with questions that simulate daily situations at Nubank;
3. Technical Challenge: In September 2025, involving a collaborative practical exercise;
4. Interviews: Between September and October 2025, with technical teams and the recruitment team;
5. Final Results: Starting November 2025.

Eligibility

The program is open to students enrolled in any undergraduate program (bachelor’s, technologist, or licentiate degree) at a Brazilian university, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027. There are no restrictions on the chosen major. The only additional requirements are intermediate English proficiency and residency in the state of São Paulo during the internship period.
