Nubank opens registrations for its 2024 Internship Program

São Paulo, September 4, 2023 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, announces today the start of the company’s second Internship Program. The selection process is open to all courses and fields of study, and each applicant may apply for up to two areas of interest among: Finance, Controller, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and Audit. The deadline for applications is September 13. 

With a duration of two years and a daily workload of six hours (30 weekly, as mandated by law), successful candidates will have a career development plan, a stipend in line with market practices, as well as access to the same package of benefits offered to Nubankers, such as food/meal voucher, transportation allowance, health and dental plans, life insurance, medical support in the office, NuLanguage – with free English classes –, among other benefits. 

Moreover, the working model follows the Nu Way of Working, the company’s hybrid format, consisting of cycles of up to seven weeks working remotely and one week working in person at one of Nu’s offices. Therefore, applicants must be available to intern in São Paulo (capital) during the in-person week and reside in the state of São Paulo. Further details can be found on the internship program web page. To participate in the process, candidates must be actively enrolled in a Brazilian university and expected to complete their course between December 2025 and July 2026.

The selection process takes place online and is divided into four stages: application, online tests, group dynamics, and interviews. The details of each stage depend on the chosen area of interest at the time of application, and all communication throughout the process will be carried out directly via the applicant’s email.
