Nubank Strengthens Data and AI Strategy with dex Labs Team hiring

São Paulo, November 27, 2025 – Nubank, one of the largest digital financial services platforms in the world, announced today the hiring of the dex Labs team. dex Labs is recognized for developing a unified, AI-powered data engineering and cloud infrastructure platform that combines data collection, transformation, orchestration and monitoring at massive scale, enabling analytics and data science teams to make decisions based on highly reliable information.

The integration of the dex Labs team reinforces Nubank’s ongoing investment in data and AI capabilities, with the goal of accelerating global disruption in financial services enabled by advances in artificial intelligence. The dex Labs team, composed mainly of data engineers and led by founders Gustavo Beltrami, Matheus Beltrami and Luan Guimarães, will join Nubank starting December 2 to contribute to the development of AI-related initiatives.
