Nubank tops Forbes’s list in Brazil and Mexico

The ranking also highlights Nu as the leader in Mexico for the fourth consecutive year. The ranking was determined based on an independent survey  with over 50,000 bank customers globally with market research firm Statista.

About the list

The ranking was determined based on an independent survey  with over 50,000 bank customers from 34 different countries in collaboration with market research firm Statista. The participants evaluate the institutions on five different criteria:  Trust, Terms & Conditions, Customer Services, Digital Services, and Financial Advice. All financial institutions offering a checking and/or savings account were considered in this study.
