Nubank runs campaign for debt renegotiation

Offers are available throughout May for customers who want to recover control of their financial lives and pay off their debts

São Paulo, May 2, 2023 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, is holding an exclusive debt renegotiation campaign for customers who want to settle debt with the company. With discount offers, facilitated entry, and installment options, users seeking to clear their name will have special conditions throughout May.

The users contemplated in the campaign are those with outstanding credit card and loan debts. For the renegotiation of pending credit card debts, depending on the level of delay or the size of the debt, the payment terms are unique, with a reduced entry fee, lower interest rates, additional discounts, and flexible installment conditions. For customers with pending loan payments, depending on the length of the delay, this will be the most significant discount the company has ever offered. Simply and transparently, the whole process is done directly on Nu’s application or through the company’s customer service channel, over the phone: 4020-0185 in state capitals and metropolitan regions, and 0800 591 2117 for other municipalities.
