NuCel becomes available for customers in Brazil

São Paulo, Brazil, January 20, 2025 – Nubank, one of the largest digital financial services platforms in the world, announces the expansion of NuCel’s customer base, officially launched in October last year. Gradually, the NuCel tab will appear in the Nu app, and customers in Brazil will receive notifications about the new offer, allowing them to purchase the product directly and transfer their numbers seamlessly—all in a fully digital manner.

Initially, the service will be provided to customers who have already expressed interest in acquiring NuCel. Gradually, it will be extended to other Nu customers in Brazil. At this stage, NuCel will operate only on devices with eSIM, supporting Android and iOS operating systems.

With flexible plans, no commitment requirements, and quick activation, NuCel offers benefits from the Nubank ecosystem. Customers in the Ultravioleta and Nubank+ categories will receive extra gigabytes automatically if they exhaust their data allowance. The service also provides real-time suggestions based on usage, allowing adjustments at any time.

NuCel offers three plan options, enabling customers to choose what best suits their needs: 15GB for R$45/month, 20GB for R$55/month, and 35GB for R$75/month. During this phase, payments will be automatically charged to the Nu credit card.

All plans include:

• Unlimited voice package, valid for local and long-distance calls.
• Unlimited WhatsApp, including voice and video calls.
• Unlimited access to the Nubank app.
• Access to an exclusive savings feature, with yields of 120% of the CDI on customer-deposited amounts, up to R$10,000, for at least one year.
• Coverage of 93% of the national territory and high-performance 5G connectivity.
