Nubank is awarded in Folha de São Paulo’s Top of Mind

After taking first place in the Digital Banking category in 2021, Nu now shines in the Credit Card category

São Paulo, November 1, 2023 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, has achieved another significant recognition by winning in the Credit Card category of Folha de São Paulo’s Top of Mind awards. Since 1991, this study, conducted by the media outlet, aims to identify the brands most remembered by Brazilians across various categories. This year, Nubank has ranked first in the Credit Card category, alongside Visa. In 2021, the company secured the same position in the Digital Banking category.

“Since the inception of Nu, we have focused on creativity and understanding the needs of our customers, always placing them at the center of our decision-making process. The attainment of the Top of Mind award from Folha de São Paulo is a testament to the way we structure our work in building a strong brand capable of establishing long-term emotional connections with people. Moreover, being listed among the most remembered brands proves the effectiveness of our strategy and reinforces the recognition and trust placed in Nubank by Brazilians,” said Juliana Roschel, Nubank’s Marketing Director.

This year Nubank was mentioned by 17% of the respondents in the Folha Top of Mind survey. Regarding awareness, the Nu reached 26%. The Top of Mind survey conducted by Folha de São Paulo involves interviews with Brazilians to determine the most remembered brands across different sectors. This year, more than 190 categories of products and services were assessed.

Top of Mind in Human Resources (RH) 

Recently, Nubank also claimed number one in the Top of Mind in Human Resources (RH), organized by TopRH group, in the Corporate Benefits category. The ceremony took place on October 26, and the company competed alongside renowned firms such as Assaí Atacadista, Meta, Microsoft, and Unico People.

The 2023 edition of Top of Mind in RH set a new record for votes compared to the previous edition, with a 30% increase among voters. Since 1998, the most remembered brands within the HR community have been recognized and celebrated for their impact on people management.
