Nubank opens new São Paulo office and advances R$2.5 billion infrastructure investment plan

Capote 210, Nubank's new space in Pinheiros, spans 15,000 m² with 1,300 workstations; expansion also includes new offices in Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, and Belo Horizonte

São Paulo, August 4, 2026 – Nubank inaugurates operations this week at Capote 210, its new office in Pinheiros, São Paulo, spanning 15,000 m² with capacity for 1,300 workstations. The expansion is part of the company’s plan to invest more than R$2.5 billion in infrastructure in Brazil over five years, announced in early 2026, aimed at upgrading and expanding the company’s office network in the country.

The space features a Research Lab dedicated to co-creating products with customers, a Health Center, a Game Room, decompression areas, and modular offices. Themed meeting rooms and phone booths, inspired by innovation and technology concepts, also help create a distinct identity across every floor.

“At Nubank, we believe innovation comes from collaboration. Investing in new offices strengthens our teams’ ability to create, test, and develop ever-better solutions for customers. This move is part of our long-term strategy to support the growth of our operations in Brazil and continue attracting and developing the best talent,” said Suzana Kubric, Nubank’s CHRO.

New offices in Rio de Janeiro, Campinas, and Belo Horizonte

The expansion will continue in the coming weeks with the opening of Nubank’s new office in Rio de Janeiro on August 11, spanning approximately 5,500 m². The company will also open a new unit in Campinas on August 18, and is preparing a new office in Belo Horizonte for early 2027.

In São Paulo, the next step will be occupying Cyrela Corporate, in Pinheiros, expected in 2027. The development will span 35,000 m², with capacity for more than 3,000 employees and areas open to the public, such as NuCafé, an event space, and a garden. With the new unit, Nubank will concentrate four offices in the neighborhood, totaling around 5,700 workstations — more than five times the capacity previously available in the region.

Abroad, Nubank is also expanding its infrastructure, with the expansion of offices in Mexico and Colombia, the opening of new units in the United States in Miami and Palo Alto, as well as future openings in Washington, D.C., and Buenos Aires.
