Nubank starts enrollments for its first Internship Program

São Paulo, September 19, 2022 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital banking platforms, opens this Monday (19) registrations for its first Internship Program – the Nu way of starting.

The initiative offers more than 70 vacancies for different areas with a focus on accelerating and preparing university students for the job market, regardless of their major. Applications are open until September 28.

Among the benefits is the Nu Way of Working – the company’s hybrid work model will adapt to candidates who live outside São Paulo in a 100% remote way. Interns will also have acces to an internal mentoring program, and will receive a stipend, in addition to health and dental plans. Those selected will also have access to NuLanguage, a free English language incentive program.

The vacancies will be directed to students who are scheduled to graduate between December 2023 and July 2024 and who are interested in working in multiple Nubank areas, including: Software Engineering, Product, Design, Business Analysis, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

“The idea is that the program makes it possible to build a community of young people training within Nubank towards the next step in their professional lives. Therefore, we are accepting students from any area of ​​education and from all over Brazil with a single purpose: the desire to develop professionally”, says Phil Haynes, VP of Talent Acquisition at Nubank.

The career training program aims to encourage young talents to feel a sense of belonging in the company and also to train them in a dynamic professional environment.

“Offering an internship program will allow us to be part of the training cycle of these people, promoting not only technical skills, but also important knowledge for the job market, with a balance between hard and soft skills”, says Haynes.
