Nubank’s new tool and Acordo Certo alert you to debts at different institutions and gather negotiation offers in one place

With "CPF Monitoring," integrated into NuScore, customers can track debts, receive alerts, and access debt renegotiation offers all in one place

São Paulo, June 3, 2026 – Nubank announces an evolution of NuScore with “Monitoramento de CPF” (CPF Monitoring), integrated into the app the visualization, tracking, and renegotiation of debts from different institutions under the customer’s name, as well as alerts for new debts and offers. The tool was developed in partnership with Acordo Certo.

With this new feature, customers will be able to identify financial pending issues linked to their CPF, receive alerts about new debts or updates on negotiation offers, and access settlement conditions directly through the Nubank app — without being redirected to other platforms.

The initiative reinforces Nubank’s strategy to transform the app into an increasingly comprehensive hub for customers’ financial lives, gathering tools that help monitor and improve financial health in a simple and accessible way.

In addition to expanding visibility into factors that impact credit scores, the evolution of “Monitoramento de CPF” offers a more practical way to settle pending issues and rebuild access to credit.

“We want to reduce the complexity and anxiety that usually surround discovering and negotiating debts. By bringing this centralized journey into the app, we are able to offer a simpler, more transparent, and efficient experience for customers,” says Burke Deutsch, General Manager of Credit.

The feature also serves customers with no active debts, helping them track activity linked to their CPF and avoid wrongful charges or pending issues that could impact their financial history and credit score.

The NuScore update featuring “Monitoramento de CPF” will be made available gradually.

New Desenrola Brasil

Nubank is also participating in Novo Desenrola Brasil, the federal government’s debt renegotiation program, offering discounts of up to 90%, and a fully digital journey within the app. Eligible customers will find a dedicated Desenrola area in the application, where they can access information about the program, check available offers, and finalize agreements in just a few taps.

In addition to the federal initiative, Nubank has also launched its own campaign for customers who are not eligible for the program, offering special renegotiation conditions. In both cases, customers who regularize their debts may have their credit card reactivated, subject to a new credit analysis and eligibility criteria.
