Payments Assistant: Nubank creates a platform that bundles up features for bills and recurring transactions
Currently, around 4.5 million customers already use at least one financial management feature in the digital account; novelty offers new control and automation option for payments

São Paulo, October 25, 2022 – Data from Nubank’s Financial Health Tracking1 indicate that 34% of Brazilians with access to banking services would like help to organize themselves financially. In order to assist customers in organizing financial monthly duties, Nubank launched the Payment Assistant (Assistente de Pagamento), a platform that facilitates the management of day-to-day bills by centralizing accounts, with the possibility of automatization.
With the launch, more than 66.4 million Nubank customers in Brazil will have access to the platform, which unifies already known tools such as credit card payments by automatic debit, to more recent functions such as Recurrent Pix (Pix Programado) and the Boleto Finder (Buscador de Boletos). Currently, about 4.5 million customers already use at least one of these features.
The Payments Assistant gives the customer control, ease, and peace of mind to manage this important, and not always fun, routine of adult life. “One of our main goals has always been to give customers autonomy over their financial lives. We believe in tools that make everyday life easier so that paying bills becomes one less concern in a world where we already have so many things to manage”, says Arthur Valadão, General Manager of the Nubank Digital Account.
