Nubank ends 2023 with over 60 awards and recognitions

São Paulo, December 29, 2023 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, ends 2023 with over 60 recognitions throughout the year. They reflect the company’s solid operational performance and significant growth over the past 12 months.

From launching new financial solutions to international expansion, Nubank has reinforced its role among the industry’s leaders providing autonomy, security, and convenience to over 90 million customers in Latin America – 85 million in Brazil alone, representing 51% of the country’s adult population.

With more than 45 new solutions launched throughout 2023, Nubank has drawn attention from various sectors and institutions that have awarded and highlighted the company’s mission to provide a modern, transparent, and accessible financial experience for people.

Corporate recognition 

• Fast Company – Ranked 5th in the top 50 and 1st in the Latin America category on the World’s Most Innovative Companies list. 
• Prêmio Reclame Aqui – Recognized for the seventh consecutive time in the Digital Banks and Digital Cards category. In addition, Nu won in the Credit Cards and Digital Investment Platform categories for the second year. The company also received special awards such as “Super Champion Company” and “Champion in Customer Service Team” in 2023. 
• RA1000 Seal – Nubank received the RA1000 Seal, which recognizes the highest level of excellence in customer service on Reclame Aqui. 
• The Most Valuable Brands in Brazil 2023 – Recognized as the Strongest Brand in Brazil for the second consecutive year, according to the award presented by Design Bridge & Partners, IstoÉ Dinheiro magazine, and TM20 Branding consultancy. 
• Brand Finance Brazil Ranking – Recognized as Brazil’s 18th most valuable brand. In addition, Nu is Brazil’s 3rd fastest-growing brand in brand value in 2023 and the 5th strongest in the country. 
• Forbes and Statista – For the 5th consecutive year, Nubank was recognized on the list of Best Banks in the World (2nd place in the top 10 in Brazil). The ranking also ranked Nu Mexico in 1st place for the second consecutive year in the country. 
• The Banker – Top 500 Banking Brands 2023. 
• O Estado de S. Paulo – The company won in the Digital Bank and Banking App categories in the 8th edition of the Estadão Best Services ranking. 
• Caliber and Meio & Mensagem – The most admired and trusted financial company by Brazilians. 
• Merco – Listed for the fourth year on the Merco Empresas e Líderes Brasil corporate reputation monitor. The edition, referring to 2022, ranked Nu 8th in the general ranking and 2nd in the Financial Services list.
