Nubank is among the 5 most valuable brands in Brazil

The Kantar ranking also brings Nu at the top of other categories: 1st place in Differentiated Brands, 5th in Most Salient, and 6th in largest growth

São Paulo, March 14, 2024 – Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, once again ranks among the most valuable brands in Brazil. The Kantar BrandZ 2024 ranking places Nubank in fifth position, a 28% increase compared to the previous ranking in 2022. Kantar is a marketing data and analysis company of global recognition.

Nubank’s evolution in one of the country’s main brand rankings endorses the excellent performance of the company’s entire portfolio and reinforces the growth potential of a brand that has only been in the market for 10 years.

“It is a great honor to be listed among the most valuable brands in the country, especially as a company that has only been in the market for 10 years. This recognition is an important validation from consumers, as they are at the center of every decision we make. In addition to the main category, Nu was also highlighted in other analyses of the ranking:

  • 6th place among the top 10 companies with the largest value increases in 2024 compared to 2021/2022. 
  • 1st place among the Most Differentiated Brands. 
  • 5th place among the Most Salient Brands, meaning those that express a connection with changes in consumer habits.

Roschel also emphasizes that this recognition highlights Nubank’s mission and everything the company has presented to its customers in Brazil. “Nubank was born with the mission of making the financial journey and services simpler, and empowering over 88 million Brazilian customers to take control of their finances. Our path continues, always seeking innovative approaches in everything we do to authentically and meaningfully connect with our customers. We remain data-driven and passionate about people, building interesting stories and experiences such as our partnership with Leslie David Baker in one of our recent campaigns, as well as our new positioning for the high-income audience,” she adds.

Other recognitions 

In the same week, Nubank also received two other recognitions. The company remains among the best companies in the Corporate Business Reputation Monitor, Merco, which evaluates the reputation of corporations in Latin America. The monitor places Nubank in 10th in the overall ranking and second in the financial services segment.

Nubank is also featured in the Top 10 of the fastest-growing fintechs in 2023, according to Fintech Magazine. Ranked second, Nubank is cited by the publication as a reference in digital financial services, highlighting the company’s impact on the Brazilian market.
